About Us

The Linen Closet Event Rentals was founded in December 2019, a branch off of Steinbach Dry Cleaners. Susan and Julianna, a mother daughter duo, purchased Steinbach Dry Cleaners in 2018, and had a dream of building the business into a successful, well known company. In this success, they branched off and made The Linen Closet to reach a whole new market — the event industry!

The Linen Closet Event Rentals was showcased at The Wonderful Wedding Show in January 2020 in Winnipeg. The interest and bookings was more than expected and business took off!

The original plan of The Linen Closet was to keep it simple with linens only, but the demand for decorative rentals was huge. The rental line up soon grew to include a wide range of items; services, balloon arches, and party favours were also added to accommodate the needs of our customers.

The Linen Closet strives to be trendy, modern, and unique in its items and services. Susan is a long time business owner in multiple industries, and is both a seamstress and account manager for the business. She is wonderful with customers and truly loves getting to know people, and she sees value in taking care of customers and building relationships. She is creative and works incredibly hard at everything she does. Her daughter, Julianna, has worked in multiple industries, but mostly in customer service and sales. She values customers and loves getting to know them well enough to call them friends. She loves being creative and working hard towards goals.

Together, the owners of The Linen Closet, work hard towards making the best customer experience, and they can’t wait to meet you!
